Tania Gilpatrick, ACC
Life, Business & Leadership Coach
Tania is an ICF certified business & life coach. She has coached and mentored executives and managers at AIG and Fortune 500 company i.e. Samsung. While at AIG, Tania was the VP of Sales and Business Development and founded the NY Region Alliance. The Alliance focused on diversity and empowerment of women in the workplace. The program offered mentorship, workshops, speakers, educational classes for career advancement and empowerment of women. Tania offers seminars on sales approach, leadership, and personal branding.
Tania’s love and natural connection with children has expanded her practice to being a life coach for children. In our world of social media, video games, gadgets, overworked parents and demanding schedules, children face real challenges of positive self-expression, acceptance, empathy and confidence. Tania has written and instructed “fun-shops” on communication, public speaking, problem solving and critical thinking. Most recently, a class on women in business for Figure Skating in Harlem (FSH), a non-profit organization in New York City. She has designed and written curriculum on communication and conversation and educates students on the power of questioning, possibility and leadership. Tania incorporates creativity, curiosity, music and elements of surprise and fun in each session.
Tania received her Bachelor of Arts Honors in Psychology, from Guelph University in 1994. She is a certified Professional Coach through the International Coach Federation and attended the Center of Coaching Mastery’s Graduate Program. Tania serves on the Coldwell Banker Sales Associate Advisory Committee, Education Director on the Monmouth Board of Realtors YPN Committee and an expert panelist on effective communication and building your business. Tania is a recipient of the 2015 Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Award, one of the most prestigious business awards recognizing the achievement and leadership of entrepreneurs and business executives in the U.S.
